How Can a Doctoral Program in Sacred Theology Rebuild the Church?

• We will exponentially increase the reach of a Franciscan formation by teaching those who will teach at other colleges and seminaries.
  
  
• Through theological research and writing, we will advance and defend the treasury of wisdom and truth entrusted to the Church.
  
  
• We will place ourselves at the service of the Magisterium as it seeks to adapt the Gospel to our time while remaining faithful to it.
  
  
• We will help the priests of persecuted Christian communities, especially in Iraq and Nigeria, with a theological formation that will equip them for contemporary crises by rooting them more deeply in the tradition.
